The War is Over.

The War is Over.

1 MIN READ ◦ DOUG GILES

LORD, I PROCLAIM, in your Son’s mighty name, that I am your friend and not your enemy.

The war between us is over.

The enmity between us is over.

I am not a child of this world, controlled by evil spirits, totally disobedient, living for lusts, a veritable child of wrath.

That old me is dead in Christ.

The new me lives for your will, I’m controlled by the Holy Spirit, you’ve given me an obedient heart and I’m now a product of your amazing grace.

By the blood of Jesus, even though I was far away from God, Jesus has now brought me near to him.

Now he is my peace. Through him I am reconciled. And by him our feud is over.

I am saved from the wrath of God. I am reconciled to the Lord and now, by Christ’s doing, he calls me his friend!

I. Am. A. Friend. Of. God.

* Let that sink in. Ain’t it glorious? Give him a shout of praise and thanksgiving...

Clash Ministries is here to do two things, namely, put brains and cojones on Christians. Yep, our holy job is renewing minds (Rom.12:1-2) and emboldening hearts (Prov.28:1). Your generosity helps us throttle the enemy by equipping God's people to live bold, wild and free in Him. You are a vital part of this ministry and we could not do this without you. Thank you for your faithful gifts and partnership and remember to always ... stay rowdy!

Our Founders Were Rebels With A Cause - Are You? 4 MIN READ ◦ DOUG GILES Two hundred and fifty years ago, our founders and framers formally told the oppressive King George to go pound sand. Yep, on July 4th, 1776, the Second Continental Congress officially adopted the Declaration of Independence. This historic document announced that the thirteen American colonies were separating from Great Britain to become a new, independent nation. I don't know if you know this, but our forebears’...

Jesus Was No Joel Osteen 3 MIN READ ◦ DOUG GILES I would be willing to give up my left testicle just to have had the opportunity to have heard Jesus preach while He was kickin’ up dust on the mean streets of the Middle East two-thousand years ago. Can you imagine actually beholding the Incarnate Word actually preaching the Word? I don’t know about you, but I hope they have videos of Him preaching that I can watch once I get to heaven because I guarantee that was some epic ... holy ... stuff....

Biblical Masculinity Scares Evil Leaders 2 MIN READ ◦ DOUG GILES Before Jesus formally stepped into his earthly ministry, when He was a wee little baby, merely cooing and pooping in his swaddling clothes and breastfeeding off the Virgin Mary’s mammaries, He had King Herod try to kill Him. Herod was an insecure, toady, little leader who was extremely paranoid that someone was going to take his authority from him. Herod killed anyone, including friends, family, and foes, whom he deemed a threat...
